Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative Head with a sense of amazing design and creative ideation experience, who can help us with various aspects of design from strategizing content, poster designing, video editing, designs for digital marketing involving social media campaigns. Candidate will be working closely together with our Marketing Director and other teams to understand needs and translate them into UI/UX, other online design/creative requirements for digital and offline activations.

Owns the entire creative process - from brainstorming and conception to executing and delivering first-class marketing-art

• Analyse brand position, market trends, marketing mix, audience need, and find the competitive gap alongside brand manager and research staff
• Designing & managing social media marketing strategy for clients; focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram
• Story boarding, brainstorming or translating ideas and ensuring group organisation's visual requirements are consistent with the overall brand guidelines
• liaise with group company heads, copywriters, graphic designers, and brand manager for collaborative buy-ins on concept creation to execution, with minimal supervision
• Build a team of designers and UI/UX Designers to execute brand vision
• Overseeing several design projects from start to finish, keeping to short turn-around deadlines
• Developing creative ideas, pitching and executing concepts for digital and off-line promotion activations with 70:30 split between online and off-line design
• Possesses honed visual communication and commercial art instincts and the ability to create polished, eye-catching executions using images, videos, and other details.

Candidate Profile:

• Strong experience working in digital communication, social media design, print communication
• 5-6+ years total experience, with 3-4+ years in a creative/arts head role, managing digital campaign and off-line creative requirements
• Experience with a large marketing / advertising firm (preferable) or with a corporation
• Experience in creating digital campaign assets for automobile and food-service organizations
• Experience in packaging design an added advantage
• Prowess in Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop suite, Adobe InDesign and Video/Animation Creation, editing
• Ability to understand B2C and B2B businesses and conceptualize brand and design solutions
• Good amount of experience in building an environment for the creative team to work in and overseeing ideas, projects and deliveries
• Graduate degree in graphic design, fine arts, visual communication, typography or a related subject is required
• A postgraduate degree in these subjects can be an added advantage
• A keen eye for design, and an innate aptitude for layout, color and typography that works
• Good Communication and presentation skills
• Interpersonal, problem-solving and leadership skills
